In this Privacy Policy, we use the following terms to describe different types of visitors to our Website. Our customers are called “Subscribers” (hereinafter defined). We use the word “Staff” or “User” (hereinafter further defined) to describe persons to whom Subscribers give “staff / user” access on the Website. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, any user of the Website shall mean any natural or legal person who accesses or uses the Website either by registering or otherwise and in the event that a natural person is representing a business entity, reference to such terms shall include a reference to the business entity (“Subscribers”, “Staff”, “User”, “You”, “Your”, “Yourself”).

This Privacy Policy describes the information that We collect from You as part of the normal operation of Our Website and/ or use of our SaaS based Application and/ or related web services, how We collect the information, how We may use the information and the steps We take to protect it.

When you submit User Information on the Website, it shall be deemed that You have granted Us the right to collect, store, process, handle and use such User Information, in accordance with this Privacy Policy (as amended from time to time).

Our primary goal in doing so is to provide you a safe, efficient, smooth and customized experience. This allows us to deliver services in an efficient way, allow you to access our products and services that are most likely to meet your needs, and to customize our Website to make your experience safer and easier. We as a service provider strictly do not share any information you key in and stored in our servers while using the core application, such as employee information, audit review, audit documentation, compliance, and any other information related to ISO implementation, review, compliance & audit, all such information is stored in our highly secured servers provided by third parties and can be accessible by only and only you, or except as required by statutory authorities and support team of Effivity in an event requiring access to your information with limited rights for troubleshooting.

Information that we collect from you is used to process your requests and to manage your account. We may also use your information to email you about our products or services that we think may be of interest to you. It is clarified that We shall not be liable, for any reason whatsoever, for the authenticity of any User Information provided by You to Us. You hereby confirm that the User Information provided by You is and shall continue to be valid, true and accurate to the best of Your knowledge. As such, it shall be the responsibility of the user to update any changes to the User Information from time to time.

You always have the option to not provide information by choosing not to use a particular service or feature on the Website. We use this information to do internal research on our users' demographics, interests, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve our users.

From time to time we may send your information excluding bank details, to third parties which we consider may have goods or services which are of interest to you. If you do not wish to be contacted by such third parties please email us.

We understand clearly that you and your Information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your User Information on servers located across the world that are protected by physical as well as technological security devices. We reserve the right to share Your User Information with any person or entity, at Our discretion. We use third parties to verify and certify our privacy principles. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use the Website.

If you choose to post messages on our message boards, chat rooms or other message areas or leave feedback, upload or exchange any content, we will collect that information you provide to us. We will not be liable for the disclosure and dissemination of information on the Website. We retain this information as necessary to resolve disputes, provide customer support and troubleshoot problems as permitted by law.

While collecting User Information, Your anonymity is maintained at all times and at no time can We identify You personally, unless you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send us correspondence about your activities or postings on the Website, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. Our products are Web–enabled. You can access some of our services from within our desktop products and others directly at a Web site. Some desktop features require Internet access and will open in a browser window in the software, which will pass through our Website’s server before being redirected onto the Internet. If the software cannot find a connection, it may ask you to establish one. When you are connected to the Internet from within the software we may also include product updates and messages, service information and help content in the Internet transmissions.

If you use our Mobile App, your Mobile App can check our servers for Automatic Updates. Then the Mobile App will automatically check for updates when you are connected to our servers. You can also download updates manually from app store of respective operating systems i.e. Windows Store for Windows, Play Store for Android and Apple Store for iOS devises. When you receive updates, we will receive technical information about your mobile’s connection and the software being updated. When you access our Web–enabled services from within our desktop products we will note the link you clicked on and we may also collect information about your product, system or other technical data that will help us direct you to the appropriate information or service. Some of our Web–enabled products and services synchronize with the information on your computer to help keep the data accurate and provide additional online services. If you no longer want to synchronize data, you can cancel the service through the service administration pages.

We use your Website activity to assist you by reducing the need to improve your user experience, re–enter your data and to help us resolve technical support issues. We may also use this information to offer you a personalized Web experience, and to tailor our offerings to you.


We do not share User Information outside of our Company except in cases requiring Us to continue to provide you expected service levels. We may need to disclose User Information (1) to our affiliates, service providers and business partners solely for the purpose of providing ISO Services to you as per our Terms of Services (2) to facilitate the purchase of Services on the Website or through Our software by You for which We will be using third party payment gateways and subscription software. The User Information will be saved in server logs through highly robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software where the customer data would be stored and/or processed. Customers need to agree to this. Credit card information would be stored only in places which are “PCI DSS” certified and will be used for processing recurring billings. In such cases we will also ensure that such affiliates, service providers and business partners comply with this Privacy Policy Statement and adopt appropriate confidentiality and security measures.

Except as provided above, we shall disclose the User Information only in circumstances where:

(1) We have obtained your prior specific consent before sharing or disclosing your User Information to third parties for any purpose that is not directly connected with providing ISO Services to you as mentioned above. Those entities and affiliates may not market to you as a result of such sharing unless you explicitly opt-in.

(2) We in good faith believe that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental or regulatory request; (b) enforce the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (d) facilitate the purchase/ sale of products and services; or (e) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of the company, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

(3) We and our affiliates may also share with or transfer to another business entity some or all of your User Information, in the event of merger or acquisition with, or be acquired by that business entity, or re-organization, amalgamation, restructuring of business or sale (including any transfers made as a part of an insolvency or bankruptcy proceeding). Pursuant to the consummation of such transaction, the new business entity (or the new combined entity) will be required to follow this Privacy Policy with respect to your personal information.

We may also send you other information about us, the discount offers, our other websites, sales promotions, our newsletters, SMS updates, anything relating to other companies. Kindly note that unsubscribing from one medium does not automatically lead to un-subscription from the other. Within 7 working days (days which are neither (i) a Saturday or Sunday, nor (ii) a public holiday anywhere in USA) of receipt of your instruction we will cease to send you information as requested. We do not warrant that Our Website or any electronic communication made by Us is free from virus or other harmful effects. In the event of any errors in transmission or due to an act of a third party, We shall have no liability. You explicitly agree that Your use of the Website and/ or software and/ or services is at Your own risk. You agree and confirm that Your User Information may be transferred, processed and stored across National and International borders. You hereby confirm that You have been made aware of the security measures undertaken by Us and You expressly consent to Us storing, handling, using Your User Information in accordance with this privacy Policy, including but not limited to Your consent for sharing Your User Information as per this Privacy Policy.

A "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event that is beyond the reasonable control of the Company and shall include, without limitation, sabotage, fire, flood, explosion, acts of God, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, strikes or industrial action of any kind, riots, insurrection, war, acts of government, computer hacking, technical snags, unauthorised access to computer data and storage device, technical snags and breach of security and encryption.


The Company reserves the right to disclose User Information when required by law.
