How does the 30 day free trial work?

Try it, it’s on us. You can have unlimited access to Effivity for 15 days, with no contracts and no credit card required. You even get free phone and email support in case you have questions about setting up your account.

Is there any catch in the 30 day free trial?

No catch, no obligations! Once you signup you will have a fully functional account with all our features in it. You can enjoy your free trial account without any obligation to pay during or at the end of the trial. Not to mention, we don’t require your credit card details for the free trial period.

Do I need to install any software?

Effivity is 100% web based, so you can access it anywhere and there’s no software to install. You can also use Effivity on your desktop, laptop, tablet or mobile.

What happens after my free trial?

After your trial is up, you can choose from one of the 6 paid plans listed above. If you’re not ready to subscribe, no problem. Your invoices, expenses, and other data will be securely stored in case you decide to upgrade later on till next 2 months and then deleted permanently as per our privacy policy and terms of use.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan?

Absolutely, as your organization or QMS needs grow you can upgrade to any plan that best suites your requirements.

Can I downgrade from Enterprise plan to Growth plan?

Enterprise plans come with a host of features geared towards serving established companies. Dedicated database, proximal data center, custom data, configurable notifications to name a few, moving away from these would limit the use of the software and hence not recommended.

Can I downgrade within Growth plans or Enterprise plans?

Each plan comes with it's own maximum limit like the Standard plan under Growth comes with a database storage limit of 1 GB and file storage limit of 5 GB to name a few. So, depending on your current consumption, the system might not allow you downgrade to a lower plan. To explain it further, if you are currently under Standard (Growth Plan) with a database storage size of 500 MB, file storage size of 2 GB and with 3 Logins, at this point if you choose to downgrade to Light plan which has a database storage limit of only 200MB, the system will block you from making any such move. Is my data safe?

Your data is safe, secure and always backed up—it’s as precious to us as it is to you. We use bank grade Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any information you send to us electronically.

What is Custom Data/Configurable notification*?

Custom data lets users add additional information to any screen to suite their specific business need. Configurable notifications lets the user choose who should receive the various system generated notifications. Available to Enterprise customers, coming soon...

What is Proximal Data Center**?

Data center located close to the customer will reduce network latency and increase performance of the application. Available to Enterprise customers, subject to feasibility, demand and availability
