Step 2: Free Trial Overview
The Effivity free trial allows customers to explore the application before purchasing a subscription plan. The trial is designed to help users evaluate the available modules, builder components, record creation features, dashboards, and support process.
The free trial is valid for 15 days from the date of account activation.
Up to 5 users can be added during the trial period.
Trial users can be assigned Administrator access or other available access levels to explore software functionalities based on their role.
Trial users will have access to all available Builder components during the trial period.
The modules shown in the left navigation panel depend on the selections made by the account creator during setup.
Users can explore available modules, create sample records, test workflows, review dashboards, and understand how Effivity supports their business processes.
NOTE: The features visible to each user may vary based on the modules selected during setup and the access permissions assigned to that user. |
Key Trial Capabilities
Area | What Users Can Explore During Trial |
Modules | Modules selected by the account creator during setup, such as QMS, HSE, FSMS, ISMS, or other available systems. |
Users and access | Up to 5 trial users with administrator or other available access levels. |
Builder components | All available Builder components can be explored during the trial period. |
Records and workflows | Create, view, update, and track sample records based on enabled modules and assigned permissions. |
Dashboards and reports | Review dashboards, charts, summary information, and available reporting options. |
Support | Raise support tickets from within Effivity when assistance is required. |
Step 3: Data Retention After Trial Expiry
When the 15-day free trial ends, users may no longer be able to continue using the trial account unless a subscription is purchased or the account is extended by Effivity based on approval.
Data entered during the trial period will be retained for 90 days after the trial expiry date.
During this 90-day retention period, the customer may choose to purchase a subscription plan and continue using the data created during the trial.
If the customer purchases a subscription plan after the trial period, the existing trial data will be retained and made available in the purchased account.
If the customer does not proceed with a subscription, the trial data will be permanently deleted after 90 days in accordance with GDPR data retention and deletion policies.
IMPORTANT: Customers who want to retain trial data should contact Effivity before the 90-day retention period ends. |
Step 4: Pricing Plans and Plan Comparison
Effivity pricing plans allow customers to choose a configuration based on selected modules, number of users, builder options, database size, file storage, and email volume. The pricing shown below is based on the attached pricing plan screenshot.

NOTE: The prices shown in this guide are based on the selected options visible in the pricing screenshot. Actual pricing may vary if modules, users, storage, database size, or email volume are changed during plan selection. |
Step 5: How to Raise a Support Ticket
Effivity includes an in-app support ticket process that users can use to request help, report issues, or ask for configuration assistance. The support ticket process notifies the technical support team after the ticket is created.
