Yes, Effivity modules have all necessary features to make you fully compliant with the corresponding ISO Standard. Our subscribers are certified in the first go with all major certification bodies globally.
Effivity provides you data export feature to export a bulk data for a module in excel which can be printed if required. It also allows printing a particular record directly from the system for any module to pdf or directly to a printer
We don’t have inventory/Warehouse modules in Effivity but you can still manage QMS for warehouse and inventory with Effivity using below features:
Records are stored until deleted. Currently, deletion of stored records after a defined interval feature is not available in Effivity
Yes. We do have NDA clause in our user agreement. None of the data/information/records can be accessed by our employees as they are encrypted and only the authorized users from your organization can access them based on access privileges.
Effivity has very strong role-based access framework in place with which you can control and define who has what access. This access can even be at a micro level covering create, edit, archive, view rights.
Yes, we do provide data import services to our customers for a minimal charge. If you can send us data in a specified excel format we provide you, our backend team can import those data and you can save the time spent on manual work.
Proximal data center means client’s database is hosted on a server nearer to their geographical location to ensure optimum speed and response time.
Yes, reports can be exported in Excel.
