Can I change menu options on the left side ? - Effivity

Yes. you can configure your own menu option in Effivity Pro.

Go to Administration –> Menu Builder –> Click on Edit option in Action Button.
Right click on the particular modules to rename, delete or Edit to rearrange it.

what is the difference between workflow and workflow group notifications ? - Effivity

Workflow Notification – This is Individual Task Notification. Eg. If you’re assigned as a primary responsibility person in NC module, you will be get notified under Workflow notification.

Workflow group notifications – This is Group Task notification where you will get notified if any task assigned for your role.

You can see tasks assigned to you under workflow notification. Under workflow group notification, you will see the tasks assigned to other employees in your role.

How to hide modules which are not applicable to our business ? - Effivity

You can hide your unused modules by following below steps

i) Go to administration –> menu Builder à workflow.

ii) You can select roles in access control

iii) You can right click on the modules and select delete and save.

iv) Deleted modules will not be seen by the employees who are all has that role.

I want to notify other people when calibration schedule is added/modified. How can I do that? - Effivity

On adding or editing a calibration schedule, Calibration notifications are sent to the users as per the settings done under Custom notifications. Please check your Custom Notifications settings under Admin -> Custom Notifications.

Custom notification screen allow you to send notifications to specific employees , department hods , roles or departments as per your requirement.
