Can we ‘Unarchive’ a record? - Effivity

Yes. You can unarchive a record in PRO. On selecting Archived view, you can see all the deleted records. Click on ‘Unarchive’ option in action tab of the particular record and uncheck ‘is archive’ button and submit. Now you can see the retrieved record in Default screen

Where can I see my drafted records - Effivity

You can find all your saved drafted records under ‘Draft’ view from the dropdown of view section on every screen.

Step 1: Go to IMS –> QMS –> HR –> Employee

Step 2 : Click on dropdown view button on the employee panel then select Org chart

How can I customize the existing form? - Effivity

Effivity more than 100 pre-built forms as per global best practices and workflow. Please follow below step to customize the pre-built form

i) Go to Administration –> Form Builder –> Search for the particular form. Eg. Enquiry

ii) Click on the action Button –> Edit. Now you can perform your customization actions and click save
