What is the process for backing up and restoring data? - Effivity

Effivity Pro uses Hybrid storage model. Data is stored in MS SQL Database (Microsoft Azure) and MongoDB (MongoDB Atlas). Both the databases are hosted in PAAS environment provided by the respective vendors, in this case Microsoft and MongoDB.

MS SQL Database: SQL Database uses SQL Server technology to create full backups every week, differential backups every 12 hours, and transaction log backups every 5-10 minutes. The backups are stored in RA-GRS storage blobs that are replicated to a paired data center for protection against a data center outage.

What tools or utilities do you have for importing data to Effivity (i.e. Employee Records, SOP documents, Corrective Actions, Other form based content)? - Effivity

Our backend team can help you import those data through manual import if you provide your data in a specified format to us or they can develop an auto import wizard. Kindly share more details about the data to be imported so that they can carry out feasibility study and suggest the best possible way.

Can you please let me know about API connectivity to the systems like Mulesoft, Maximo CMMS, Salesforce CRM, Qlik Sense BI platform, SAP, Lotus Notes dB? - Effivity

You can opt for any of the below solutions.

Solution 1: Customers can use our relevant API’s to do the integration on their own. There will be no charge for this.

Solution 2: We do the integration for the customers. This will be charged based on feasibility and the amount of effort involved.

Solution 3: Customers use our “Integrator” tool, which imports excel data to Effivity Pro system. There is no charge for this. For this solution, customers need to work with all the 3rd party solution providers to export the required data to excel. Once data is available in excel, “Integrator” tool will automatically upload the data to Effivity Pro based on a set frequency (Daily/Weekly etc).
