Can I downgrade within Growth plans or Enterprise plans? - Effivity

Each plan comes with it’s own maximum limit like the Standard plan under Growth comes with a database storage limit of 1 GB and file storage limit of 5 GB to name a few. So, depending on your current consumption, the system might not allow you downgrade to a lower plan.

To explain it further, if you are currently under Standard (Growth Plan) with a database storage size of 500 MB, file storage size of 2 GB and with 3 Logins, at this point if you choose to downgrade to Light Growth Plan which has a database storage limit of only 200MB, the system will block you from making any such move.

Can I downgrade from Enterprise plan to Growth plan? - Effivity

Enterprise plans come with a host of features geared towards serving established companies. Dedicated database, proximal data center, custom data, configurable notifications to name a few, moving away from these would limit the use of the software and hence not recommended.

Can I upgrade my subscription plan? - Effivity

Absolutely, as your organization or QMS needs grow you can upgrade to any plan that best suits your requirements.

 

Can I install it on my server? How much will it cost? - Effivity

Yes, we do offer on-premise installation. We are happy to provide you with a quote or answer any on premise installation questions you may have.

Can we increase the number of active users for a chosen plan? - Effivity

You can either move to higher plans or any additional users shall be charged on a pro-rata basis for the chosen subscription plan.

Can I get an additional storage space? - Effivity

You can purchase additional storage/database space when required.

Can I pay on a monthly basis for yearly plan? - Effivity

We do not accept monthly payment for any of our yearly/biennial plans. It is required to be paid upfront.

What Payment form do you accept? - Effivity

You can pay online using the credit card on PayPal or you can pay to our bank account via bank transfer. We can send you our bank details on request.

 

Does the ISO software include all modules in the price or are they priced separately? - Effivity

Pricing is based on product type (QMS/HSE/QHSE) and the number of active users. Whatever option you choose, you will get all relevant modules. If you choose both then you get entire software.

What happens after my free trial? - Effivity

After your trial is up, you can choose from one of the 6 paid plans listed on the pricing page. If you’re not ready to subscribe, no problem. Your invoices, expenses, and other data will be securely stored in case you decide to upgrade later on till next 2 months and then deleted permanently as per our privacy policy and terms of use.
