What do you mean by Free ISO Certification and Registration? - Effivity

Our Large Enterprise Plan subscribers get complimentary assessment audit and certification. This means we pay for your certification audit and issuance of certificate to the certification body resulting in a minimum of 2,000 US $ savings in audit fees for our subscribers.

We use various certification bodies having national / regional accreditation depending on location of our subscribers. For our US customers, we use a certification body with US based accreditation (IAS accreditation).

How long does it take to implement Effivity? - Effivity

Software can be configured in 1 week and in 4 weeks entire software can be effectively implemented with training to various employees.

Is Effivity applicable to my Industry Type? - Effivity

ISO 9001 standard applies to all industry types. Standard being generic, it may happen that not all the requirements will be applicable to your organization. In this case, you can identify requirements which can be not applied provided company’s capability to meet customer requirement and satisfaction is not impacted negatively.

What is the difference between Management system and HSE? - Effivity

Using Management System module, you can meet all the QMS requirements and general management system requirements. Using Health Safety & Environment module, you can meet requirements specific to HSE i.e. environment impact assessment, hazard – risk assessment, incident / accident investigation, emergency preparedness, HSE inspection etc.

Can I insert an image in a document? How can I do that? - Effivity

Please follow the below steps to insert an image while creating a document.

  1. Open the record/document in the edit screen. Upload the image in the Supporting Files section
  2. Click submit to save the record
  3. Open the record again for editing
  4. Now, you will find a button next to the image in the Supporting files section by name “Copy Image”. Click on that button.
  5. A popup will open, do not make any changes there and click Ok.
  6. The image will get embedded in the document where the cursor was present.
  7. The image will be right aligned by default. If required you can click on the image and choose left alignment from the options available in the toolbar
  8. The actual image will not be shown in the edit screen/window.
  9. Click Submit button to save the record.
  10. Open the record in the View screen.
  11. Your image will be shown embedded in the document.
