User login is the person who has access to Effivity system. Anyone with a login access is considered a user in Effivity. That person can either be an approver or creator or editor or just with a view access.
However, you can create unlimited employees without giving them a login access to the software. The employees not having access to the system will receive the required email notifications from the system about the events specific to their role or department.
