How long will data be retained? - Effivity

After subscription expiry, we wait for an agreed period (specified in our terms of use, during registration). After that the all data except registration information is deleted permanently. On request from customer we delete all data immediately

MongoDB Atlas: Mongodb is based on 3 node cluster. So if one node goes down then data will be available in two other modes while a new node will be automatically added by the system.
