How secure is my data? How data back up is ensured? - Effivity

Effivity is a highly secured application with 256-bit encryption and follows a strong information security model for data integrity, confidentiality, and availability. We have industry leading SSL for data encryption. Our servers are hosted and managed by Microsoft Azure – one of the largest organizations in the world. We have redundant servers to ensure business continuity.

All data are backed up by Microsoft on a regular basis in real time to ensure data availability.

Can you provide Templates and SOPs ready to use? - Effivity

As a part of the subscription, our users will also get manuals, documentation, SOPs and templates for immediate use if required.

What do you mean by database storage and total storage space? - Effivity

Database storage means data those you enter into the on-screen forms / fields.

Total storage means storage that is consumed for uploading any supporting document for each screen through “Attach File” option.

Does Effivity integrate with other Softwares? - Effivity

Effivity is built on API ready system architecture which makes it integration capable. Please provide us your integration requirements at support@@effivity.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can we backup all the data if we tend to unsubscribe from Effivity? - Effivity

In an unlikely scenario of you, not continuing with your Effivity subscription, you have an option to get all of your data back. Our technical team can compile and give you back the entire data/information back to your company.

Can I cancel my subscription? - Effivity

Sadly, it is not possible to cancel your subscription.

Do I need to wait until the last day of my subscription to renew my subscription? - Effivity

You don’t need to wait until last day of your subscription to renew your subscription, it can be renewed any time before your current one expires. The renewed subscription will go active from the last day of the current subscription.

What kind of training and support do I get? - Effivity

Effivity subscription comes loaded with unbeatable training and implementation support. Our Large enterprise plan with annual / biennial subscriptions offers unlimited access to an ISO expert to help you with implementation, training and certification support with free ISO certification.

All the subscription plans offer free awareness, on boarding and implementation training to all the users of your organization. You need not pay any extra money for training. Our Training includes live online training, recorded training videos and video tutorials.

Will I receive an invoice? - Effivity

Yes, we can send you the invoice if requested.

I need full access to QMS manual only? - Effivity

QMS manuals can only be available to the users subscribing to any of our annual or biennial Plans.
