Please see below details of each feature offered.

  • QMS – Contains all the pre-configured QMS modules, forms and workflows.
  • HSE – On selecting HSE all the pre-configured HSE modules, forms and workflows will be accessible to you.
  • Users – This toggle bar is for selecting Active Users. By active users, we mean users who can log in to the system irrespective of what access rights they have to the Effivity system and contribute to QHSE efforts.
  • Form Builder – on selecting Form Builder you should be able to edit or create new forms in the system. This is a must have feature for enterprises who want to customize the software.
  • Database Size (GB) – Stores the records that are created on different screens.
  • File Storage Size (GB) – All the files uploaded as part of Supporting Files gets stored here.
  • Emails (*1000) – how many emails the system will send as part of notifications
