Effivity users can now connect their accounts to Claude, the AI assistant built by Anthropic, and work with their QHSE and ISO compliance data using simple, everyday language.
No reports to run. No dashboards to dig through. Just ask a question and get the answer.
This milestone places Effivity alongside the leading business tools available in Anthropic's ecosystem. It is also an important step in Effivity's mission to make ISO compliance management faster, simpler and more accessible for every team.
What This Means for Effivity Users
Compliance data often sits across many modules. Risks live in one place, audit findings in another, and corrective actions somewhere else.
Finding the right information usually means opening several screens, applying filters and exporting reports.
With Effivity on Claude, that changes. Users simply ask Claude a question, and Claude pulls the answer straight from their Effivity account.
The result is less time searching and more time acting on what matters. Quality managers, HSE leads and auditors get the insight they need in seconds, right inside the conversation.
What You Can Ask Effivity in Claude
Once connected, users can work with their Effivity data across the QMS, HSE and ISMS modules they already use.
Here are a few examples of what teams can ask:
- "List down high risks in Effivity."
- "Show me all open non-conformities from last month."
- "Which corrective actions are overdue?"
- "Summarize the findings from our latest internal audit."
- "What incidents were reported this quarter?"
- "Which documents are due for review?"
Claude reads the data, organizes it and presents it in a clear, easy-to-understand format.
Users can then ask follow-up questions, compare results, or ask Claude to turn the findings into a short summary for a management review meeting.
Built on Effivity's Own MCP Server
The integration is built entirely on Effivity's own MCP server.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets AI assistants like Claude connect securely with business applications.
Think of it as a bridge. The MCP server sits between Claude and Effivity, so Claude can understand and work with the information stored in a user's account.
Because the MCP server is built in-house, Effivity has full control over how the integration works, how data flows and how users are authenticated.
It also gives Effivity a strong foundation for future AI integrations and enhancements across the platform.
Secure Access, Built In
Compliance data is sensitive. That is why security sits at the core of the Effivity and Claude integration.
- Your own login. Users connect with their own Effivity credentials: Domain Name, Username or Email, and Password.
- Your own permissions. Claude works through the user's own Effivity account, so access follows the same permissions the user already has.
- Proven standards. Effivity is ISO 27001 certified, and the same commitment to information security applies to this integration.
Teams get the speed of AI without giving up control over who sees what.

What's Next
Going live on the Claude Directory is just the beginning.
AI is already part of the Effivity platform, from AI-assisted document data extraction and AI report drafting to natural-language querying and predictive analytics. The Claude integration takes that a step further by bringing Effivity into the AI tools teams use every day.
A big thank you to the Effivity team, whose work on the authorization flow and integration logic made this launch possible.
Existing Effivity customers can connect to Claude today.
